Volunteering @ digi:redo

There is lots to do at digi:redo, from marketing to administration, from sales to refurbishing.

We run two main volunteering programmes, entitled Engagement and Empowerment. The idea is to help people understand digital technology at a pace and depth that suits them. Not everyone wants to know what goes on inside a computer!

There are many different roles within these two programmes so we hope to be able to make use of everyone’s skills.

Engagement

Build/refurbish 5 computers and get 6th computer free! The volunteer is then able to access our software training programme. Our ‘Pay as you Go’ option!

Empowerment

48hrs of volunteering earns the individual a computer. A further 24 hours of volunteering will enable the volunteer to access our software training programme. This programme is aimed more at administration, OS or sales volunteers.
